Hi [firstname]! Aren't the All Blacks doing well at the moment? Funny how the mood of nation of New Zealand people improves and becomes more up-beat when our rugby players play well.... and when they perform badly... we blame the coach....

Hi Kristina,
I can't believe my package arrived already!!! I placed my order last Tuesday afternoon (California time) and it arrived on Saturday, even though I picked shipping on the slow boat. I was delayed in buying the products for my mom's birthday, which is this weekend, and was thinking up an excuse already on why the gift was running late ("You know Kiwis, super laid back about everything, everyone is on summer holidays!") but now I don't have to! Classic New Zealand Kiwi Recipe
Classic tomato sauce for pizza or pasta
Well-flavoured tomatoes (either fresh or canned) and a few aromatic ingredients are all you need to make an excellent tomato sauce that can be used with pasta or spread on pizza.
Makes 4 cups
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
6 large ripe tomatoes, peeled and coarsely chopped
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano or basil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1. Heat a saucepan, add oil and onion, and cook over a medium heat for 10 minutes until onion is softened but not coloured. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
2. Add tomatoes and any juice, and the tomato paste, then cook over a medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes until liquid is reduced and sauce thickened.
3. Stir in oregano or basil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
